Champeaux features French-inspired cuisine with fresh Colorado flavors. Entrees like Saint-Jacques-seared, jumbo sea scallops make an eveing at Champeaux remarkable. The restaurant offers an intimate setting adjacent to Tenderfoot Lounge with windows overlooking the magniificent fireplace. Champeaux is open 5:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.  Make a reservation online.
