Resort Fee
Please note that, effective June 2, 2008, RockResorts and Vail Resorts Hospitality will begin packaging all resort service items under one daily Resort Fee, which will include parking, Internet access, and other services and amenities. At Keystone Lodge & Spa, this will be a $15 daily charge per room.

Resort Surcharge
Keystone Lodge is subject to a surchacharge of 5.9% to contribute to the private financing of the construction and operation of the Keystone Conference Center.

Taxes
Keystone Lodge is subject to a 5.78% tax on room charges

Please Note: Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room for each night of your stay will automatically be added to your bill. 100% of your contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation.  For every dollar contributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest $1.50 in on-the-ground conservation.  If you do not wish to make this contribution, simply let the front desk staff know and it will be removed from your bill immediately.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for reservations outside of ski season: There is no charge for reservations cancelled the day of or the day after booking. All other cancellations outside one day of arrival are subject to $30 fee per reservation. Reservations must be cancelled before 4:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival. Cancellations made the day of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved.

All reservations include the Adventure Passport—giving you free access to activities such as ice skating, mini ski/ride lessons, scenic horse-drawn wagon and sleigh rides, mountain bike clinics, golf clinics, wine tasting, and much more.

Children Policy
